Job Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for daily wire-cutting tasks in the mold workshop. 2. Perform wire-cutting operations under the guidance of the wire-cutting team leader, in accordance with design requirements. 3. Conduct fine finishing based on the dimensional tolerances specified in the drawings and the machining processes adjusted by the wire-cutting team leader. 4. Verify whether the finished parts meet the required dimensions as indicated on the drawings. 5. Responsible for the daily maintenance and upkeep of the equipment. 6. In the later stage, those interested may choose to learn CAD drafting (free training provided). Job Requirements: 1. Passion for machining (no specific educational background required—junior high school, senior high school, secondary technical school, or vocational training is acceptable; enthusiasm is key). 2. A strong sense of responsibility is sufficient.

Hardware Mould Apprentice

Job Responsibilities: 1. Replacement and repair of automatic hardware mold components; 2. Assembly and commissioning of new molds; 3. Daily maintenance and upkeep of punch press equipment. Job Requirements: Proactive, meticulous, with strong observational and hands-on skills. Candidates with strong comprehension and practical abilities may further develop the following skills: 1. Operation of lathes, milling machines, and grinders; 2. CNC wire-cutting operation techniques; 3. CAD design and PLC programming.

Job Responsibilities: 1. Record and organize inbound and outbound inventory; 2. Deliver order shipments to the freight station; 3. Pick up outsourced processing goods and return them to the warehouse; 4. Daily volume is relatively low—about one full load per Wuling single-cab pickup truck—and most shipments are collected directly from the customer’s location by the logistics provider. Job Requirements: 1. Hold a Class C1 driver’s license and have at least two years of safe driving experience; 2. Familiarity with all freight stations in Caitang Town (no need to be fully familiar—navigation is available); 3. Attention to detail is essential; ensure that no items are misrouted or misplaced.
